Office Opening Hours
Our friendly team is available to help with new bookings, customer enquiries, payments, packaging supplies, deliveries, collections, and account support.
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:15pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 1:15pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: Closed
Existing customers can access 24-hour telephone support by calling 061 577 700.
For customers requiring access outside office opening hours, a range of storage access packages are available, including extended and 24-hour access options.
*Please note that Office Opening Hours and Storage Access Hours are separate. The Barons Self Storage office is not open 24 hours a day. Customers may continue to access their storage units outside office opening hours, subject to their chosen access package and account status.
Storage Access Hours
Barons Self Storage customers can access their storage units 7 days a week. Access options include 6:00am to 8:00pm, 6:00am to 10:00pm, or 24-hour access, depending on the access package selected by the customer.
Customers can choose the access level that best suits their needs when signing up:
Standard Access: 6:00am to 8:00pm, 7 days a week
Extended Access: 6:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week
24-Hour Access: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Access is managed through our secure StoreID smartphone access system.
*Available access levels are subject to customer type, account status, and facility terms and conditions.
