Dessie Houlihan
General Manager
Dessie Houlihan is the Managing Director of Barons Self Storage, representing the second generation of his family to look after operations in the Irish storage sector. Building on his hands-on experience in the industry, Dessie completed a Master’s Degree in Business Management at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
He has overseen the development of the Limerick branch at Eastway Business Park on the Ballysimon Road, which has recently undergone a major facility expansion to support growing local demand. This project introduces a wider range of larger commercial units, household units, and student lockers, while introducing smartphone-integrated PTI StorID smartphone site access and PTI ProEdge digital smart locks to the site.
Whether assisting local families with home renovations and major household moves, or supporting regional businesses with flexible stock space, Dessie remains focused on providing a reliable, secure and helpful self storage service across the Midwest region.
Petar Vranjkovic
Assistant Manager
Petar Vranjkovic serves as Assistant Manager of Barons Self Storage Limerick, having joined the company in 2023. A graduate of Griffith College Limerick with an honours degree in Business Studies, Petar balances his academic foundation with extensive leadership experience in management and customer-facing roles across multiple industries.
Working onsite at Eastway Business Park on the Ballysimon Road, he plays a key role in day-to-day operations and is highly regarded by customers for his approachable, helpful manner.
